§3282.4. What general information must the unit operator submit with a proposed participating area application?

43 C.F.R. § 3282.4

The unit operator must submit the following information with a participating area application:

(a)

Technical information supporting its application (see § 3282.5);

(b)

The information required in § 3281.2(a)(2) and (3) for the lands in the proposed participating area; and

(c)

Any other information BLM may require.
