§3282.3. When must the unit operator submit an application for BLM approval of a proposed initial participating area?
43 C.F.R. § 3282.3
The unit operator must submit an application for BLM approval of a proposed participating area no later than:
60 days after receiving BLM's determination identified in § 3281.15(a)(3) that a unit well will produce or utilize in commercial quantities; or
30 days before the initiation of commercial operations, whichever occurs earlier.
