§3282.5. What technical information must the unit operator submit with a proposed participating area application?

43 C.F.R. § 3282.5

At a minimum, the unit operator must submit the following technical information with a proposed participating area application:

(a)

Documentation that the participating area includes—

(1)

The production and injection wells necessary for unit operations;

(2)

Unit wells that are capable of being produced or utilized in commercial quantities; and

(3)

The area each well drains or supplies pressure communication.

(b)

Data, including logs, from production and injection well testing, if not previously submitted under § 3264.10 of this chapter;

(c)

Interpretations of well performance, and reservoir geology and structure, that document that the lands are reasonably proven to produce; and

(d)

Any other information BLM may require.
