§121.301. Records subject to the requirements of this subpart.
21 C.F.R. § 121.301
Except as provided by paragraph (b) of this section, all records required by subpart C of this part are subject to all requirements of this subpart.
The requirements of § 121.310 apply only to the written food defense plan.
