§158.402. DHS-CS cybersecurity work and CTMS qualifications identification.
6 C.F.R. § 158.402
On an ongoing basis, the Secretary or designee analyzes the DHS cybersecurity mission to identify:
The functions that execute the DHS cybersecurity mission;
The cybersecurity work required to perform, manage, or supervise those functions; and
The set of qualifications, identified in accordance with applicable legal and professional guidelines, necessary to perform that work.
