§296.10. Agency review.

Within 30 days after the Chief, FDS, issues an initial determination, the claimant, or any other interested person who submitted evidence relating to the initial determination, may ask the Assistant Administrator, NMFS, or his designee, for a review of the initial determination.

The petitioner may submit written or oral evidence within 30 days of filing the petition for review.
