§550.1636. Exemption from Fair Labor Standards Act.
5 C.F.R. § 550.1636
The minimum wage and the hours of work and overtime pay provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act do not apply to Border Patrol agents. (See also 5 CFR 551.217.)
