§551.217. Exemption of Border Patrol agents.
5 C.F.R. § 551.217
A Border Patrol agent (as defined in 5 U.S.C. 5550(a)(2) and 5 CFR 550.1603) is exempt from the minimum wage and the hours of work and overtime pay provisions of the Act.
