§1655.11. Loan acceptance.
5 C.F.R. § 1655.11
If the requirements set forth in §§ 1655.2, 1655.4, and 1655.6(a) are satisfied, the TSP record keeper will nevertheless reject a loan request if:
The participant has failed to provide all required information on the loan request;
The participant has a pending loan request or in-service withdrawal request; or
A hold has been placed on the account pursuant to 5 CFR 1653.3(c).
