§1655.10. Loan request process.

5 C.F.R. § 1655.10

(a)

Any participant may apply for a loan by submitting a completed TSP loan request in the form and manner prescribed by the TSP record keeper.

(b)

If a participant has a uniformed services account and a civilian account, a separate loan request must be made for each account.
