§4.784. What are the requirements for serving the notice of appeal and statement of reasons?
43 C.F.R. § 4.784
The appellant must serve a copy of the notice of appeal and the statement of reasons on the Project Director and on the presiding officer whose decision or order is being appealed in accordance with the methods identified in § 4.310(d).
The notice of appeal and the statement of reasons filed with the Board must include a certification that service was made as required by this section.
