§3273.20. When will BLM release my bond?

43 C.F.R. § 3273.20

We will release your bond after you request it and we determine that you have:

(a)

Removed the utilization facility and all associated equipment;

(b)

Reclaimed the land; and

(c)

Met all the requirements of § 3200.4.
