§102-37.65. SASP eligibility.

41 C.F.R. § 102-37.65

To receive transfers of surplus property, a SASP must:

(a)

Have a GSA-approved State plan of operation; and

(b)

Provide the certifications and agreements as set forth in §§ 102-37.110 and 102-37.115.
