§102-37.60. SASP responsibilities.

Determine if an entity seeking to obtain surplus property is an eligible entity per § 102-37.275 or other approved entity.
Distribute surplus property fairly, equitably, and promptly to eligible donees in your State based on their relative needs and resources, ability to use the property, and as provided in your State plan of operation.
Enforce compliance with the terms and conditions imposed on donated property.
