§102-33.65. Military FSCAP requirements.
41 C.F.R. § 102-33.65
When acquiring FSCAP you must:
Accept FSCAP only if traceable to the original manufacturer and marked with the DoD Criticality Code; and
Not install untraceable FSCAP unless inspected and recertified by the OEM or an FAA-approved facility.
