§102-33.60. Responsibilities when acquiring aircraft parts.

When acquiring aircraft parts, you must:
Inspect and verify that all incoming parts are documented as safe for flight prior to installation;
Obtain all logbooks (if applicable) and maintenance records. For guidance on maintaining records for non-military parts, see FAA Advisory Circular 43-9C.
