§60.4820. How do I obtain my operator qualification?
40 C.F.R. § 60.4820
You must obtain operator qualification by completing a training course that satisfies the criteria under § 60.4810(b).
Qualification is valid from the date on which the training course is completed and the operator successfully passes the examination required under § 60.4810(c)(2).
