§60.4815. When must the operator training course be completed?
40 C.F.R. § 60.4815
The operator training course must be completed by the later of the two dates specified in paragraphs (a) and (b) of this section.
Six months after your SSI unit startup.
The date before an employee assumes responsibility for operating the SSI unit or assumes responsibility for supervising the operation of the SSI unit.
