§421.264. Standards of performance for new sources.
40 C.F.R. § 421.264
Any new source subject to this subpart shall achieve the following new source performance standards:
Furnace wet air pollution control.
Raw material granulation.
Spent plating solutions.
Spent cyanide stripping solutions.
Refinery wet air pollution control 2.
Gold solvent extraction raffinate and wash water.
Gold spent electrolyte.
Gold precipitation and filtration.
Platinum precipitation and filtration.
Palladium precipitation and filtration.
Other platinum group metals precipitation and filtration.
Spent solution from PGC salt production.
Equipment and floor wash.
Preliminary treatment.
