§180.301. Carboxin; tolerances for residues.

40 C.F.R. § 180.301

(a)
General. Tolerances are established for residues of carboxin, 5,6-dihydro-2-methyl-N-phenyl-1,4-oxathiin-3-carboxamide, including its metabolites and degradates, in or on the commodities in table 1 to Paragraph (a). Compliance with the tolerance levels specified in table 1 to Paragraph (a) is to be determined by measuring only those carboxin residues convertible to aniline, expressed as the stoichiometric equivalent of carboxin, in or on the commodities.
