§180.300. Ethephon; tolerances for residues.

40 C.F.R. § 180.300

(a)
General. Tolerances are established for residues of the plant regulator ethephon [(2-chloroethyl) phosphonic acid] in or on food commodities as follows:

Section 18 emergency exemptions. [Reserved]
(c)
Tolerances with regional registrations. A tolerance with regional registration, as defined in § 180.1(m), of 0.1 part per million is established for residues of the plant regulator ethephon [(2-chloroethyl)phosphonic acid] in or on the food commodity sugarcane.
(d)
Indirect or inadvertent residues. [Reserved]
