§139.17. Elevator pits.
40 C.F.R. § 139.17
The requirements in paragraph (b) of this section apply to the liquid that accumulates in, and is discharged from, the sumps of elevator wells.
The discharge of untreated accumulated water and sediment from any elevator pit is prohibited.
