§285.913. What happens if I fail to comply with my approved decommissioning application?

BOEM may call for the forfeiture of your bond or other financial assurance;

You remain liable for removal or disposal costs and responsible for accidents or damages that might result from such failure; and

BSEE may take enforcement action under § 285.400.
