§285.912. After I remove a facility, cable, or pipeline, what information must I submit?

A summary of the removal activities, including the date they were completed;

A description of any mitigation measures you took; and

If you used explosives, a statement signed by your authorized representative that certifies that the types and amount of explosives you used in removing the facility were consistent with those in the approved decommissioning application.
