§1000.1210. When can a Tribe/Consortium request a waiver of a regulation?

As part of the negotiation process;

At any time after a funding agreement has been executed; or

Following a denial decision, provided that the Tribe/Consortium acknowledges that the submission commences a new 120-day review period under § 1000.1240.
