§1000.1240. When must the Secretary make a decision on a waiver request?

Not later than 120 days after receipt of a waiver request by the Secretary and the Secretary's designated officials in accordance with § 1000.1215.

This 120-day period may be extended for any length of time, as agreed upon by both the Tribe/Consortium and the Secretary.
