§112.81. How do the requirements of this subpart apply to areas where covered activities take place?

21 C.F.R. § 112.81

(a)
The requirements of this subpart apply when a covered activity takes place in an outdoor area or a partially-enclosed building and when, under the circumstances, there is a reasonable probability that animals will contaminate covered produce.
(b)
The requirements of this subpart do not apply—
(1)
When a covered activity takes place in a fully-enclosed building; or
(2)
To fish used in aquaculture operations.
