§112.134. What must I do to control animal excreta and litter from domesticated animals that are under my control?

If you have domesticated animals, to prevent contamination of covered produce, food contact surfaces, areas used for a covered activity, agricultural water sources, or agricultural water distribution systems with animal waste, you must:
Adequately control their excreta and litter; and
Maintain a system for control of animal excreta and litter.
