§685.140. What Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) regulations apply to the programs authorized under WIOA?

The regulations found in this part;

The general administrative requirements found in part 683 of this chapter, including the regulations concerning Complaints, Investigations and Hearings found at part 683, subparts D through H, of this chapter, which cover programs under WIOA sec. 167;

Uniform Guidance at 2 CFR part 200 and the Department's exceptions at 2 CFR part 2900 pursuant to the effective dates in 2 CFR parts 200 and 2900;

The regulations on partnership responsibilities contained in parts 679 (Statewide and Local Governance) and 678 (the One-Stop System) of this chapter; and

The Department's regulations at 29 CFR part 38, which implement the nondiscrimination provisions of WIOA sec. 188.
