§408.809. What happens to your SVB payments if you are removed (including deported) from the United States?

20 C.F.R. § 408.809

(a)
Suspension effective date. We will suspend your SVB payments effective with the month after the month in which we receive notice from the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service that you have been removed (including deported) from the United States under section 237(a) or 212(a)(6)(A) of the Immigration and Nationality Act.
(b)
Resumption of payments. If otherwise payable, we will resume your SVB effective with the first month after the month of your removal that you were granted the status of a lawful permanent resident of the United States.
