§408.808. What happens to your SVB payments if you begin receiving additional benefit income?

20 C.F.R. § 408.808

(a)
Suspension effective date. We will suspend your SVB payments for any month your other benefit income (as described in § 408.220(a)) exceeds the maximum SVB amount payable for a month (see § 408.505(a)).
(b)
Resumption of payments. If otherwise payable, we will resume your SVB payments effective with the first month your other benefit income is less than the maximum SVB amount payable for a month.
