§414.11. Application.

14 C.F.R. § 414.11

An applicant may submit an application for a safety element approval in one of two ways:

(a)

Separate from a vehicle operator license application in accordance with § 414.13; or

(b)

Concurrent with a vehicle operator license application in accordance with § 414.15.
