§22.160. Visibility.

14 C.F.R. § 22.160

The aircraft must be designed and constructed so that the pilot has—

(a)

Sufficient visibility of controls, instruments, equipment, and placards; and

(b)

Sufficient visibility outside the aircraft necessary to conduct safe aircraft operations.
