changed Section 302(c)(1) 302 of the Save Our Seas 2.0 Act (33 U.S.C. 4282) is amended by inserting “, the District of Columbia,” before “or Indian Tribes”.amended—

added in subsection (c)(1)—

(A)

added by inserting “States,” before “municipalities”; and

(B)

added by inserting a comma before “or Indian Tribes”; and

(2)

added in subsection (d)(1), by inserting “States,” before “units of local government”.
