To amend the Save Our Seas 2.0 Act to make the District of Columbia eligible for certain wastewater infrastructure grants, and for other purposes.

Section 302 of the Save Our Seas 2.0 Act (33 U.S.C. 4282) is amended—

(1)

in subsection (c)(1)—

(A)

by inserting “States,” before “municipalities”; and

(B)

by inserting a comma before “or Indian Tribes”; and

(2)

in subsection (d)(1), by inserting “States,” before “units of local government”.
