AN ACT

To amend the Homeland Security Act of 2002 to reform, streamline, and make improvements to the Department of Homeland Security and support the Department’s efforts to implement better policy, planning, management, and performance, and for other purposes.

Section 1 Short title; Table of contents

(a)

Short title— This Act may be cited as the “DHS Headquarters Reform and Improvement Act of 2015”.

(b)

Table of contents— The table of contents for this Act is the following:

Sec. 2 Prohibition on additional authorization of appropriations

No additional funds are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this Act and the amendments made by this Act. This Act and such amendments shall be carried out using amounts otherwise available for such purposes.
