§7316. Commission procedures
7 U.S.C. § 7316
Meetings— The Commission shall meet on a regular basis (as determined by the chairperson) and at the call of the chairperson or a majority of its members.
Quorum— A majority of the members of the Commission shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.
