Amendments
2025—Subsec. (a). Pub. L. 119–60, § 6802(1), substituted “that a covered intelligence collection or sharing adjustment has occurred” for “the occurrence of an intelligence collection adjustment” and “summary of such adjustment and the cause of such adjustment” for “notification of the intelligence collection adjustment”.
Subsec. (b)(2). Pub. L. 119–60, § 6802(2), amended par. (2) generally. Prior to amendment, text read as follows: “The term ‘intelligence collection adjustment’ includes a change by the United States Government to a policy on intelligence collection or the prioritization thereof that results in a significant loss of intelligence.”
