Section, Pub. L. 108–136, div. C, title XXXI, § 3132, Nov. 24, 2003, 117 Stat. 1750, required the Secretary of Energy to have in effect a policy for carrying out future defense environmental management matters of the Department of Energy. See section 6180 of Title 10, Armed Forces.
