§7316. Lifeboatmen

46 U.S.C. § 7316

To qualify for an endorsement as lifeboatman, an applicant must provide satisfactory proof that the applicant—

(1)

has the service or training required by regulation;

(2)

is qualified professionally as demonstrated by examination; and

(3)

is qualified professionally by actual demonstration.
