§390g–7. New spending authority
43 U.S.C. § 390g–7
Any new spending authority described in subsection (c)(2)(A) or (B) of section 6511 of title 2 which is provided under sections 390g to 390g–8 of this title (or under any amendment made by sections 390g to 390g–8 of this title) shall be effective for any fiscal year only to such extent or in such amounts as are provided in advance in appropriation Acts.
