L. 105–362, title IX, § 901(d)(1), Nov. 10, 1998, 112 Stat. 3289. As so amended, section 1600c(b)(2) no longer relates to maps required to be prepared and filed by the Secretary.
Amendments
2022—Subsec. (b). Pub. L. 117–286 substituted “chapter 10 of title 5” for “the Federal Advisory Committee Act (Public Law 92–463; 5 U.S.C. App.)” in introductory provisions.
