§7382a. Purpose; designation
42 U.S.C. § 7382a
Purpose— The purpose of this subchapter is to establish within the Department of Energy a national fellowship program for elementary and secondary school mathematics and science teachers.
Designation— A recipient of a fellowship under this subchapter shall be known as an “Albert Einstein Fellow”.
