L. 110–422, title VI, § 613, Oct. 15, 2008, 122 Stat. 4799, which related to Space Shuttle transition and disposition of program-related assets, and provided for Space Shuttle Transition Liaison Office, was transferred and is set out as a note under section 70501 of Title 51, National and Commercial Space Programs.
