§12313. Federal agency consultations
42 U.S.C. § 12313
In general— The Commissioner shall consult and cooperate with the heads of all appropriate Federal agencies or departments administering programs or services that are substantially related to the purposes of this chapter.
Interagency agreements— To the extent practicable, the Commissioner shall facilitate cooperation through the entering into of interagency agreements.
