§4101. Definitions
41 U.S.C. § 4101
In this chapter:
Delivery order contract.— The term “delivery order contract” means a contract for property that—

- 41 U.S.C. § 4103(c)
- 41 U.S.C. § 4103(d)(1)(A)

- 41 U.S.C. § 4103(d)(2)
- 41 U.S.C. § 4103(d)(3)(A)
- 41 U.S.C. § 4103(d)(4)(A)
- 41 U.S.C. § 4103(d)(4)(B)
- 41 U.S.C. § 4103(e)
- 41 U.S.C. § 4103(f)
- 41 U.S.C. § 4103(g)
- 41 U.S.C. § 4104(a)
- 41 U.S.C. § 4104(b)(2)
- 41 U.S.C. § 4106(a)
- 41 U.S.C. § 4106(b)
- 41 U.S.C. § 4106(g)(1)
- 41 U.S.C. § 4713(k)(3)(B)
does not procure or specify a firm quantity of property (other than a minimum or maximum quantity); and
provides for the issuance of orders for the delivery of property during the period of the contract.
Task order contract.— The term “task order contract” means a contract for services that—
does not procure or specify a firm quantity of services (other than a minimum or maximum quantity); and
provides for the issuance of orders for the performance of tasks during the period of the contract.
