§17502. Monitoring system

40 U.S.C. § 17502

The head of each executive agency shall designate one office, officer, or employee of the agency—

(1)
to establish and operate a central monitoring system for the motor vehicle operations of the agency, related activities, and related reporting requirements; and
(2)
provide oversight of those operations, activities, and requirements.

In this chapter, the words “executive agency” are substituted for “executive agency, including the Department of Defense” to eliminate unnecessary words.
