§3541. Entitlement to special restorative training

Such a course, at the discretion of the Secretary, may contain elements that would contribute toward an ultimate objective of a program of education.

Effective Date of 1964 Amendment
Pub. L. 88–433, § 2, Aug. 14, 1964, 78 Stat. 442, provided that: “The amendments made by section 6 of the Act of July 7, 1964 (Public Law 88–361, 78 Stat. 297) [amending this section], shall take effect as of January 1, 1964.”
