§80101. Organization
36 U.S.C. § 80101
Federal Charter.— General Federation of Women’s Clubs (in this chapter, the “corporation”) is a body corporate and politic of the District of Columbia.
Perpetual Existence.— Except as otherwise provided, the corporation has perpetual existence.
