§220101. Organization
36 U.S.C. § 220101
Federal Charter.— United Service Organizations, Incorporated (in this chapter, the “corporation”), is a federally chartered corporation.
Perpetual Existence.— Except as otherwise provided, the corporation has perpetual existence.
